Gothic Lolita Continues To Grow In Popularity!Let's face it. All things Japan is slowly making its way into America. This is greatly helped by the desire of American fans of the culture, pulling in the elements and embracing them. Gothic Lolita's use of the word 'lolita' isn't the same as the word used in American/Western usage. In the Japanese and cosplayer usage, it is in reference to looking like a victorian era child's doll, all dressed up in detailed decorative outfits, which comprised heavily of lace and various other fabrics. Those who are avid Gothic Lolita's are differentiated by those who are cosplayers. For one, it is a fashion lifestyle. For the other, it is a way to dress up and look cute/sexy. Needless to say, regardless of the interpretation, I definitely applaud all cosplayers and crossplayers, on their hard work and effort to make such conventions and events that much better! Considering the hard work she must have put into it... taking a photograph to share is the least I could do! Thank you for all of your cosplay efforts! Er... Yes, Even Jesus Makes An Appearance... Every Now and Then...All in good fun and enjoyment. Everyone was quite happy and rushed like a media news crew with cameras flashing and people cheering that Jesus had made an appearance!
